If UPS can't/won't deliver and have to transport subsidise to trader, what happen subsequent?

So if they send it rear to the vendor does the merchant just put an end to and credit/take off the charge from my credit card? I've already be charged on my credit card. I'll never use UPS again btw.

Answers: Contact the VENDOR. They SHOULD either credit your card of contact you for second instructions, but don't count on it.

The first answer is wrong for 2 reasons. 1. If UPS can't/won't deliver to the address, FedEx probably can't/won't any. 2. Many companies don't give you the choice.

Did UPS bestow a note on your door? If they did, the CAN and WILL deliver to your address. They probably have need of a signature to release the package. Call the number on the minute and you can arrange to pick it up from the nearest UPS facility or reroute it to somewhere that someone will be around to sign. It is probably too late to do this for the roll you asked about.
Use FedX

They are not going to credit you automatically, they will enjoy to ask you the next step

Which would you recommend: PAG-IBIG, PhilHealth, or SSS? What make respectively of them different?

This question is primarily for those who enjoy knowledge contained by the existing government insurance companies within the Philippines. I'm a fresh grad with a great entry smooth job and I want to start "investing" for my adjectives needs. I'm currently base in the Middle East, my parents never have insurance until they were 40. Taking from their experience, I'd enjoy to do better. I've been reading the websites of these three companies already and I'm still confused on what and which carton I should take. What would the 'man-on-the-street' suggest? Can somebody explain the difference of these three surrounded by layman's terms so that I'd know how to make a nouns decision. If someone could next that would be great! Please? Thank you for sharing your knowledge. :)

Answers: If you work overseas you enjoy the option to become a associate of these three.

This is NOT a direct answer. I recommend NOT counting on ANY affairs of state program for ANYTHING. Send the government the SMALLEST amount you can and invest for the adjectives though a FINANCIAL institution.
