Paypal is a reliable agency to send/accept credit cards without revealing the number.
It's a tried and true method and works mitt in mitt with ebay.
So yes, you should trust them.
Yes, PayPal is impressively secure!
Even if you do win scammed by Ebay, you'll get your money stern, that happend to my friend, he bought something, got scammed, but he money returned wager on to his account.
yes
I've used it several times. Once I compensated for something and was scammed. Paypal refund my money.
i do not trust paypal, but i trust the individual sellers even smaller amount. the problem with using paypal is that they dont argument for you if you have a problem next to the seller. i have an experience where i bought a duet of shoes (supposed to be brand new never worn), and they come used. the seller wouldnt supply my money back, and paypal didnt donate me anything either. so they are both doomed to failure. ebay is a bad place to buy. i suggest contained by store or online at a good solid legendary store.
if your question be whether or not you can trust paypal with your info, consequently yes. you can.
yes

Ouch!! How fast can you replace that money? Save as much as you can. Obviously people is important and you probably want to win your sis a gift.
Remember that financial troubles are a mannerism. I am not saying you are within a bad situation because I do not know you but be aware and clear sound financial decision
depends on how old will your sister be. You might want to be creative beside your gift., read out give her something you can form yourself, a scrap book, trinkets, bracelets there's tons of stuff you can do; a handmade contribution might become more meaningful to some. and they don't cost so much. later you can divide your money save around 50% and spend about 25% or 30% of your money for yourself, that channel you can take thought of both your need and your sisters offering.
How much freedom do I own to transfer funds inside my 401K plan?
All of my funds are through AIM whose fees are higher than Vanguard's or T. Rowe Price's. Is it possible to loose change to Vanguard or T. Rowe while still retaining the same 401k plan surrounded by which I am currently enrolled?Answers: The 401(k) plan surrounded by which you are enrolled is controlled by your company - which usually have several trustees in charge of a plan. They are the ones to agree on what funds (or family of funds) to proposition the participants. If you are depressing with that, you are free to voice your displeasure to the trustees of the plan. Other than that, you are stuck until you are eligible to debt funds.
