I want to be rich without doing alot of work or spending alot of money whats the best way to achive my goal?

Answers: Start saving 50% of everything you earn and invest it in the stock market. Even if you only earn $10,000 a year you will get rich. Have someone else support you don't tell your parents what you save and they might feel sorry for you and support you until you are 30 then you will have about enough to retire.

Is it trial for my student loan set off to quadruple?

My original loan amount be for 17K back surrounded by 1994 and now it is around 70K. I rewarded the loan on and off over the years, but the loan be mostly in deferment. The stability is around 70K now and Sally may is wanting me to earnings $900 per month for 10yrs. I want to start paying the loan back but really from $17K to $70K. Is it even allowed for them to charge me that and is there anything that I can do to return with it reduced? Thanks.

Answers: You have to remember that this loan is 28 years weak. So to go from 17K to 70K is rather possible even if the interest rate averaged between 5%-7% depending on how much you paid "rotten and on".

Student loans are a unique debt. That is your wages can be garnish in every state for a Student Loan Debt. If you hold a tax Refund the IRS can hold the reimbursement to pay the debt. They are not dischargeable within bankruptcy unless you can prove extreme harsh conditions. Extreme hardship would be things such as even after your other debts are discharged you can not pay envelope the loan and maintain your straightforward day to year needs. Basically what this boils down to is you do not own a whole lot of leverage within negotiating beside them. Because they know that in most cases you won't be capable of get out of the debt.

For this amount of debt the best piece you may want to do is find an attorney who can negotiate on your behalf. They may charge you a few hundred dollars but if they can knock off a few thousand dollars it would probably be worth it.
that guy is right! but you might not even inevitability an attorney you could write a personal letter to the creditor requesting a settelment. if you play your cards right you could settle at 40 or 50% past its sell-by date the ending go together.

Checking Account??

I am 13 and I want to open a checking accout, but I hear that I have to hold a co signature on the check, is that true?

Answers: Where I work you have to be at lowest possible 16. At 16 you can open a checking description with a parent as a integrated signer. You can then take checks and an ATM card, but you won't be able to enjoy a debit card (with Visa or MC logo) till 18. Other institutions could have different requirements.

At your age, you should be abiding your $. At 18, you'll be glad you did. CD's are a way to earn some $ on the $ you own in the hill. Ask a banker to explain how a compact disc works to you.
I'm not 100% sure but I'm pretty sure that is correct since you are a minor. I guess they want to produce sure that they're not handing out checks to kids to bounce and an developed will be responsible. It would make sense if they allowed you to open out an account and merely issue you a debit card though but then again debit cards can also be used as credit cards. They should own just a plain debit card for minors..consequently you can't charge or write bad checks and can solitary spend what you have surrounded by your account. Might want to look into if any mound offers that. If not, suggest it to a sandbank manager and share them it was my impression and I want to be paid for it. lol
