What are some ways I can fund an annual donation to a charity?
Obviously, just writing a check after positive is a way.I'm only wondering if someone may have a smarter impression to help put away money that will grow and spawn it gradually easier to fund my twelve-monthly donation to a local animal shelter.
I'm looking to consistently give $1000.

Answers: Some possibilities...
If you are a "cash" soul (meaning you pay for most day after day purchases with cash), go and get a big bank and put your loose change in it at the winding up of every day...do NOT appropriate out anything. I started doing this when my son was born and it added up to nearly $600 per year (of course, Grandpa added some silver too when he visited...maybe you could put it in a conspicuous location when you own visitors and include a register saying adjectives donations will go to _________).
If you're a credit card soul, get a card that pays currency rewards OR that allows you to donate your reward to the charity of your choice (mine allows donations to PetSmart charities)...pay every bill you can and for most of your day after day purchases using this card (make sure you pay it bad every month or you'll spend more on interest than you get back). I grasp back give or take a few $500 per year on this one...if I donate, it jumps to $600.
Do you take place to have a vice that costs you around $1,000 per year (or more)? When my dad quit smoking, he put the price of a pack of smokes contained by a big jar every morning...he managed to fund one trip a year to Vegas for nearly 10 years (well over $1,000/trip) next to this strategy.
I guess in the summer you could own a BBQ at which you auction off your "garage sale" items for your well brought-up cause among your home, friends, and acquaintances.
This way you'll hold a nice get together beside friends, but also get to fund your dedication. :)
