My Mortgage Company individual stubborn.?
I am behind on my mortgage. 3 months to be exact. I call my mortgage company today ( I know I should have done this a while ago) and told them on the 15th of February, I can transport in two payments and on the 15th of March convey in the other two payments and be over-involved. They told me since they sent a demand note with a deadline of 2/02/08 I have need of to have adjectives the money I owe them to them by that date. I cannot have it to them until the 15th. I tried to explain it to them and the female I talked to transferred me to her supervisor. Of course, I get an answering machine which I moved out her an extended message. Havn't heard from them. Am I screwed, or is nearby a way I can extend the emergency letters date by two weeks? They don't want to even reach a deal to me now and I know I messed up by not anyone on time. What are my option besides selling or bankruptcy?Answers: It sounds resembling they are playing hardball. In the current environment the last they they want to do is a foreclosure. They will eventually, but not past Feb 15. Keep on them. Work your way up the stepladder until you find someone with a brain.
If they don't agree consequently send the money on the 15th by certified e-mail. They will cash the check.
Do not impart them electronic access to your bank sketch. Do not give them postdated checks.
Did you call upon the loss mitigation department? I bet not. Try them. For two weeks it is extremely counter-productive for them to not work with you, but this is why you hold to not avoid folks you owe money to--they'll bite.
Good luck.
Phone calls do you no biddable. Contact them by letter (certified mail) and request your "lock in up" deadline to be adjusted.
Keep calling and try the loss mitigation department. The $10/hr customer service reps aren't dignified enough up to know what can be done.
Keep surrounded by mind that the bank ultimately doesn't want your house!
It's surrounded by their best interest (and yours) to work something out.
Maybe you could offer them some charitable of automatic debit or post dated check to make them get the impression better about waiting until the 15th.
The foreclosure process is not overnight so likelihood are, you are just at the setting up.
if they know whats good for them they better work next to you, trust me I dont think they will do anything too drastic close to put your home for foreclosure but you need to bring in sure you pay them as soon as you attain the money.

If they say no today...try again within a couple of months..
If you have other paid prompt, call them & transmit them you have a better give from another company. Ask them what they can do for you. If you are a good customer they will not want to lose you.
Can I transfer money between two on line bank accounts?
Answers: You sure can
I'm sure just about every online banking have that capability by now
Yes, I do it all the time. My credit union has an area on my online banking that lets you setup the information for an external account for doing transfers. Once set up, I do it online just like I'm transferring between my accounts at the credit union.
