How do you solve a people money problem?
My partner and I have a common bank portrayal which we pay our bills out of. My partner earn lb6k more than I do and so he pays about lb2-300 into the commentary more than I do. We each own a single account for social stuff etc but the combined account is used souly for paying bills.Money have been really tight lately so I we have both gone minus things last year and we be in debt for a short while so established to take a holiday clearance on our mortgage (dont pay it for that month).
When I checked the combined account yesterday, I found he's spent lb60 on an evening out near one of his friends. I thought that he'd perhaps remunerated on the wrong card and asked him to put the money back from his single depiction but he turned round and said 'I pay more into that statement so Im entitled to it - its my money to spend'.
Apart from the fact that we enjoy just get out of debt, this is MY money as well!
What would you say/do?
Have you be in a similiar situation?
Answers: My husband give me the same crap. He works outside the home, I pick up his socks, get his dinner, so on and so on,
We each win a said amount every week for our personal spending. He goes over, he puts it pay for. He doesn't, I chew butt. It's not HIS money. it is OUR money.
And you should work out something like that next to your guy.
Good luck
Take the card back, set up online bank so you can keep an eye on things and retribution bills, transfer an allowance to his single side for the month, tell him that the money is for direct debit and you may get ridge charges if the money is not there to cover them.
Good luck
If the money have to be seperate perhaps you two are not expected for anything but dating.
I have a similar arrangement near my girlfriend. We both pay into a integrated account and use it for bills etc. On average, I earn a short time more than she does, but we still pay an equal amount.
If I saw that she be paying for things just for herself out of this tale, I would be a bit miffed too, and would ask her about it. I would enunciate that we had agreed that the description was newly for bills and things we buy together, such as holidays etc.
However, I can see your partners side of the argument... that he pays more so he should be capable of spend more, and this does complicate things. If this is going to be an ongoing problem, then you should agree that you should both discharge an equal amount in, regardless of who earn more, then this will solve it.
try to sermon to your partner about it. you can tolerate go of the L60 but the subsequent time will not be tolerated.
renegotiate, i don't know if that term is applicable, the rules of your united account. have a word about how much respectively of you will share, what expenses should be credited to the joint commentary, and so on. make everything clear. while everything can be renegotiated, one rule remains - IN JOINT ACCOUNTS, BOTH PARTIES ARE ENTITLED TO 50% RIGHT. IT DOESN'T MATTER WHO PAY MORE AND WHO PAY LESS.
as for my situation, partner and I hold a joint article and separate accounts.
anything that is spent for the house - food, rent and utilities must be payed from combined account.
appliances which aren't important like wide-ranging screen tv or any other things considered luxury (exclude the microwave, aircon and the like) are up for negotations. if someone really resembling it, and both of you can't afford to charge it on your joint explanation, the one who like it take the tab.
dine out or any form of relaxations (massage, theater, concerts, clothes, gift, etc) must be charge on individual accounts. however, MUTUALLY AGREED EXPENSES resembling having mould together or going to concert together, CAN BE CHARGED TO THE JOINT ACCOUNT.
only when the money spent is for myself and my friends, or herself and her friends, that should be shouldered by the one concerned on his/her own justification and NEVER ON THE JOINT ACCOUNT.
good luck. do engender your communication lines open between you and your guy. don't freak out. purloin a deep breath, and speak to him. don't let money matter ruin your relationship.
I have a cohesive account next to my boyfriend for mortgage/bills but we pay duplicate into it even though he earns in the region of lb5k more than me and I think explicitly fair adequate. We own the house equally and we don't have any children, nor are we married and i don't presume he should pay more.
I regard as you should consider why your partner pays more in than you, if you do closely more round the house etc then I don`t know it is justified. Or conceivably you can come to an arrangements where you pay envelope equal but he does more in this respect.
I would shift mad roughly speaking him taking money out though for himself, it's just not on at adjectives. If you both did it your bills/mortgage situation would be a shambles. It just doesn't seem to be like the right honest article to do without asking you first.
I'd enjoy a chat with him in the region of it and agree you shouldn't take money out of the narrative for personal stuff but maybe agree that he doesn't enjoy to pay so much more as it really doesn't seem to be fair. At most minuscule agree that he if he wants to thieve money back from his inflated contribution it should be by paying a bit less contained by, in the following month but not by taking money out short you knowing.
If you have a cohesive account beside someone that you aren't married to, then you've get some harder lessons ahead than this one.
Get it separated, or suffer much worse than you are presently someday.
I own a credit rack up of 550 trying to win a mortgage loan for 175k and i enjoy 10k down can i find approved?
any suggestions of mortgage lenders i should do through?Answers: All mortgage loans are not created equal. If you are looking for a loan, you have probably discovered the array of loan types and option. It can be confusing forthe first-time borrower<!--and even for those with more experience! Here, we will discuss the different types of loan option, and how they work.

First, there are two basic broad categories of mortgage loans: system loans (FHA, VA, and RHS, or Rural Housing Service loans) and conventional loans (all other loans). In general, policy loans have low or no down return requirements for the purchaser-->and are easier to qualify for than conventional loans. They are also guaranteed to the lender, which allows the borrower to obtain more favorable loan lingo.
FHA is a Great tool to use. They do not count credit as much as they do affordability. Ask your lender about FHA programs.
Help please, my wife and I are within dire straits immediately near our mortgage as I own lately lost my assignment?
I have not be out of work for at least 15 years and we own spent a substantial amount on our home to get it to the standard we want. The problem very soon is,I do not know what to do next. I am trying everything to procure a new position, even looking into things that I have never done beforehand. I feel totally responsible and somewhat ashamed that I hold put us in this situation. I do not want to be within the position where we enjoy to sell the house as we with the sole purpose have 10 years disappeared on our mortgage. (I am 44 my wife is 36).
Can anyone please give us counsel as to what to do? Things are starting to get to a critical point. We do not qualify for any oblige from the government i.e. Council Tax nouns, Mortgage relief etc, as my wife "earn too much",which is rubbish.
The only debt we own is one credit card, finance for one coupé and the usual monthly bills.
Serious answers only please, I am effective suicidal.
Answers: Most mortgage companies will allow you a 6 month 'repayment holiday' for reasons such as this so this is markedly the first thing you should do.
I assume you've be down to the jobcentre but if not clear sure you do as you will qualify for Jobseeker's allowance and will also be able to ensure your stamp for your NI contributions to safeguard full allowance. They will also be able to backing with guidance of what other assistance may be available to you.
Make sure you got court advice re the termination of your ultimate job as to how much redundancy (if applicable) you should be entitled to.
Your wife may in a minute qualify for tax credits, although this will depend on her yield - the jobcentre should again be able to recommend on this.
A re-mortgage is also an option. You could possibly release lb5k - lb10k equity in your house to tide you over for 6 months or so. Better than selling the house anyway.
Try and find a stopgap job whilst you look for some other work - even a few hours within tescos or a bar or turn to a temp agency for an office assignment should help again to tide you over surrounded by the meantime.
Hope it works out, I know it must be rough.
A quick fix can be truck driving. Trucking companies are desperate for drivers and oodles will train free with no necessity past the first year. You can sort 50-60k pretty easy your first year if you know your priorities and in actual fact want to work instead of spending weeks a time at home.
You can get licensed and be earn a paycheck easily in 2-3 weeks.
I have not found anyway to "procure rich quick" on line. I enjoy found ways to make money that would be considered a second income or even "christmas money." I will you the best...here is what I have be doing for my extra money. hope tis helps
