What is the best method to achieve your flip/rehab project funded? I want the lowest cost method?
It is a bank-owned property...but what would allow me to take as little money out of my pocket as possible? If I did a loan I would necessitate a rehab loan, but I don't know if the closing costs are too expensive. Unfortunately assuming a loan is not an option. So what is subsequent best?
