Call them. If they argue get upset and relay them you have be a loyal costomer for X years and you expected a better level of service. u should phone yr sandbank immediately. this happen to my son in directive last weekend at a natwest dispenser inour local asda branch. he have to go to a branch and grasp a form to complete they will do a cash count and replace the money in 14 days aparently. i have see this happen beforewith this natwest appliance. ironically it gave money to everyone else, and they cant afford to lose lb40. it kept adage "take yr cash" but nil appeared then it go offline then come back on a gain. after that someone else used it and it be ok. but they are presumably going to calculate whats within the machine agains t what be given out and they will find the lb40 differnce but why should he had to suffer? he's have to go into his overdraft cos of it and ive told him to ask for compensation of the charges they will inflict for that.
