How can I get a small business loan if I have bad personal credit?
Answers: If your business has been around for at least two years and you can show income and assets in your business you may not need to qualify personally. There are also what are called "no doc" loans which are available for many reasons outside of the normal lending arena. While SBA loans for capital general start at $250,000 some of these privately funded loans can go down to as low as $5000 or less.
Try searching for "no doc small business loans" on Yahoo or another search engine. You may also check with your local Real Estate Investor's Association or the National Real Estate Investor's Association as they often know of lenders in your area. If you are in my area I may be able to help as well.
Also try your local banker as they may have someone they can refer you to or your local Chamber of Commerce who may have a member.
You can't. Even if you co-sign, if your credit is pretty bad, no one will give you a loan.
You can always get it in someone else's name, but that's risky for the other party.

Your personal credit must be stellar to obtain a business loan. The lender thinks if you can't handle your personal debt, how are you going to enter the business arena.
Well im only 14 so i dont know anything about credit but haven't you seen that comercial with the bank and the little guy running around? Maybe you could ask them.
Having bad credit limits your options to only "business credit" based loans. If you do not have any business credit G00GLE or search by yahoo "strong business credit" (just like that in quotes) for companies that can help you build a business credit profile. Expect to pay around a thousand dollars for the services.
If you do have business credit then it is just a matter of finding an underwriting or brokering company that can set you up with a lender. There are many options available for that as well, alternative (sometimes called "creative") financing is available through Initial Underwriting Group (which we work for) or may other companies on the internet.

Desperately within obligation of some emergency dosh assistance to foot bills.?
I'm a single mom with 2 kids, and own recently fall on some hard times. I be just out of work from my job as a bartender, and am have a very tough time finding a new one. I'm also only just getting into a lengthly, and stressful, legal scrimmage with my son's father, in relation to him not having sent within his child support payments. My rent, water, and electricity are adjectives behind. Please, if anyone know of anywhere/anyone, that I could turn to for some kind of loan, etc...I'm out of work, therefor uneligible for a payday loan. I have no familial or friends that are able/willing to help me out any.Answers: go to your local department of human services, name your utility companys and inquire about heat and electrical assisance programs. local churches are a good place to go and get temp assistance with food. christen good neighbors agency surrounded by your area. check beside the local womans shelter to see if they can help point you surrounded by the right direction. there is assistance out at hand but you need to look. enjoy your paster or priest, or rabbi call and but a request for you to recieve assistance(referral). There really isn't much you can do it kinfolk and friends can't come to your rescue. No one will loan you money without a situation.

How do banks find out someone died?
Answers: My bank looks through the obituary's every day and cross references that with the customer base. Also when the deceased try to sell something with a lien on it, the bank will want to be paid off before releasing their lien. It's really hard to find a buyer who doesn't want a clean title...
Generally speaking if somebody has not contacted them to state as such, then when they do periodic reviews on the account. They will check with the social security administration. There is a website set up for such things.
