Does anyone know if Debt Elimination programs really work minus liquidation?
I filled out an online application for information around getting rid of debt, and I've heard that you can lawfully eliminate your debt?? No they do not work. They charge you next to something you could do for free by yourself with a touch documentation. They do not and cannot "eliminate" your debt but get it charged past its sell-by date and ruin your credit. You may also have to PAY taxes on the amount specifically written off or "forgiven" as it is considered gain by the US elected representatives.

Most of these companies are just crooks as far as I'm concerned... they charge you a excise and do nothing to backing you.
If you have financial problems, I would suggest to step explain your situation to the people you owe first. Most lenders take to mean if you are truthful with them and will support you.. The can lower your rate, extend your term etc.. to prevent you from taking collapse.. From their stand point something is better than nothing. If you run to the lenders and try to work things out and do not succeed, then collapse may be in instruct.. just depends on your situation..
Should I pass him the bill?
I sold my laptop to a friend (not so close) about 4 months ago and he lately called and told me that the AC Power is broken and when he call the company, they said that they needed the receipt as proof of purchase within order to transport him a replacement. Should I give him the bill? I'm a little suspicious because it has the ultimate four number of my credit card and some transaction numbers and such.Answers: Make a photocopy and you can black out the credit card numbers though next to the last 4 merely not much he likely can do near them.
Make a copy and cover the last 4 digits of you card and any auxiliary information ex. address you name and such that you dont want shown. Or proffer to call yourself for him to resolve his situation.
I hold recieved five phone call a light of day from a record message posing to be the wall of scotland credit card.?
Recently I have have a number of particularly annoying calls from a record voice claiming to be the bank of scotland credit card department. The voice asks me to press one if I'm the personality on the line and to indicate my date of birth. It give a number of choices ie 20/10/71, 05/02/81 and so on. I own called my sandbank and they don't know of this number (it's an 0845 number) I am not sure what to do about this situation and how to stop the call which are driving me mad! I am worried around fraud. Has anyone else experienced this?Answers: It may not be fraud. It may be that a missed payment or incomplete debit have been made, within which case the edge will use an automatic caller to get better the debt at first. Mint Card also do this. Best contact the bank back you start blocking...
