Answers: Stop borrowing, put away the credit cards and get a second job until the debt is paid in full.
RU working? If you are...are you making enough to pay MORE than the minimum the credit card folks are seeking on a monthly basis? If so than I'd advise you to look to get it paid off ASAP as the interest rate they're charging is eating you alive. If you're living on credit than I strongly urge you to use it more sparingly and try to get away from charging things that aren't necessary. You sound like the type that hits the drive through and charges the $5 meal...That's not acceptable...you should be paying cash for that. Learn the value of a $$$ and an education (I assume you're working and have a skill...if not than at minimum wage...good luck w/the $10000 credit...in fact what idiot lender gave you such a high limit if you only make minimum wage?). You are fortunate (or perhaps unfortunate) ample to be living in a impressively, very tiny world right presently. You can have funds wired directly from your checking explanation to that of the mother/father of your child. I would urge you to do this while you have control of the process, because if you seize behind, it is EASY these days to have an internationally binding garnishment of child support payments, and typically YOU will suffer the additional cost (on top of the payments) of drafting the money. And it's a funny point, it doesn't seem to business what country the oversight comes from, they never seem to pick the cheapest verbs method!
