Answers: Previous answers are correct.
If the name on the accounts are different then they are covered separately. If you be married and had an individual story in your describe, one in your husband's given name. and one held in both name each one would be covered up to $100,000 respectively for a total of $300,000 coverage.
If they are all lower than the same identify they are covered to $100,000 total for ALL accounts.
Are both accounts ONLY in your term?? or is one a JOINT account??
It depends on the type of story whether both accounts are covered or not. One thing to facts is that if the accounts are individual retirement accounts, they are covered up to $250k.
