If they don't want to do this then amble away and let them operation with the problem and expense of trying to deal in it, but only after you own stripped off anything of expediency from it. They should not be rewarded for placing too high a merit on it in the first place; this is how nouns companies rip people past its sell-by date. So offer them partly and if they won't accept it next clean the place out and stride away.
CONTACT THE FINANCE COMPANY and see what they want to do... the longer you let this move about without TAKING CARE OF BUSINESS the worse it's going to be.
If you don't want to hang on to it or deal next to selling it... then WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?... lately drive it down and park it in their parking lot and administer them the title and a notarized letter stating you don't want it.
The STUPID item here was, you MADE THE PAYMENTS after he died... so YOU ARE LIABLE for the BALANCE NOW... that be a DUMB thing to do.
Have you tried selling it or contacting a place that sell them to see if they can help you market it? Your goal here is not to product money but to make satisfactory that the estate doesn't have too much to wages off if any.
If your father be the only one responsible for paying on the motorhome (meaning in that was no co-signer or co-lendee on the loan) after you would have be better off have it repossessed immediately after his loss.
If the loan is still in your father's term, then of late call the lender and inform them that he is dead and you don't want the vehicle, they will come nick it. (the man's dead, he have no credit for a repossession to hurt) If the loan is in someone else's christen, you can still do the same entity but their credit will suffer because of the repossession.
