Answers: In sending money overseas, you have to provide a valid baptism. I guess she can use another name, or may use or request you to distribute the money. Sending money via post office take too long. I suggest western union money verbs, or xoom money transfer are the best option. They send money overnight. But if youre contained by the US, i have no impression how long the post office deliver it. I am speaking in my experience here within the Philippines. Phil. Post SUCKS!
