You haven't really said you are within debt just that you are have problems paying day to year bills. As you are unemployed a you could not do a debt supervision plan, or IVA as it is called, you enjoy to be working for that. Contact CAB, they were fantastic near me. Don't know if you can go penniless either but they can help out in contacting you debtors and I don`t know come to some arrangement with them to allay your burden. Other option is carry a job A.S.A.P.

I have be in your situation and I go to the CAB office and they be brilliant. They were competent fend off the debt chasers so that I have time to think and sort myself out. They even arranged a free session near the solicitor so that I was not reposessed.
Ironically I am training to be an accountant and am three years away from individual a chartered accountant.
Please use the CAB office and do not miss any appointments.
How can u earn more money?
Answers: do a jumble sale of the odd bits in your house, save your 20p, 20p and 5p coins as well as your copper coins, get a full time job 9am-5pm and get an evening job off the books to make some cash in hand work to recoup your tax.
also fill in your tax return forms and chase up any owed debts with a baseball bat.
and if you've got bank cards credit cards store and other such credit giving plastic cards, go to moneysavingexpert.com and decide what to do with them.. consolidate your loans into a single managbe repayment.
or if you've got an obscene amount of debt which you're unlikely to pay back then find out via moneysavingexpert forums on how to get a large chunk of your debt written off lol.
And... DON(a)T BE LAZY!

shop for bargians or dont shop at all
budget your money and you'll be better off financially in no time.

get a part time job...sell things on ebay/amazon ect..
