A solution? If you own a debit card with a VISA logo, assuming your "day after day credit spending limit" (similar to the ATM daily hold back I was chitchat about above) is elevated enough, you can dance to any VISA financial institution and do a cash finance. The only issue is that the institution might charge you a tax for their processing, usually along the lines of 2-4%. But, if it's an emergency, it's an emergency.

I am an international student who live in california. and i own faced a problem to remuneration a deposit to southern california edison. well, when i talk with the representator, she said i should reimburse it at a nearby reimbursement location... and i have never done it earlier! she gave me one location that is to say pharmacy(how is this pharmacy related to me paying a deposit!!). well, the question is now! what should i do? after i enter the pharmacy, where on earth should i go to reimburse the deposit? and how do i pay at hand? go to the bank clerk and say i come here for a payment?? please serve T.TAnswers: That's normal. Walk into the store and ask where on earth you pay you electric bill.
The pharmacy is simply a collection agent for the electric company. They dictation your payment so that the electric company know that you have remunerated your bill and then they distribute the money on the the electric company.
