Million Dollars as a kid?

I'm under the age of 13 can I still product a multi million dollar deal? Oh yes and I'm not comedy I might with Sony, its an amazing opinion and I'm a really good student, i'm taking the SATs within 7th grade!

Answers: You will probably have to hold your parents sign for you. Anyone under 18 cannot sign court documents concerning money like that. I'll look for ya on TV at hand champ!
If you're under 18, your signature on a contract is worthless.

If your parents are beside you, they can sign the deal.

Answers: This depends on whether or not you give your information, including your SSN. If you owe them money and it's less than $5,000, they can purloin you for the small-claims court. If you owe them less than $1,000, they probably won't bother. They can still try to report you to the credit beaureus, but if they don't enjoy your SSN, they cannot report you.

Finally, they will sell your tale to a collections agency for about 20 cents per dollar. If you want to cut out this problem, you better hold one hell of a reason on why you breached the contract. It happen to me, but since I had proof they have violated the terms first, breaching contract first, they never bothered me again.

It does not apply to adjectives contracts. The law vary per state and whether or not they have your signature notarized on the contract and own your SSN.
