1) Decent houses are available for beneath 400k. Rent would probably be less than 2k and up to 3k if you rent a nice house.
2) Groceries... lift what you are paying now and multiply by 1.05.
3) Cars do not cost more within SD than they do in other parts of the country. But why lease? Buy a 2006 model vehicle for $15k or less.
Don't be shy to ask almost moving expenses from your new prospective employer.
I am not positive on this but I believe average rent within San Diego right now is somewhere around $3,300 for a smaller property.

What special routine or tricks do you do to return with yourself to amass money?
I know some people own special ways to save money.what is yours? Also, how do you bring yourself not to touch the money you saved? I have need of to start saving money...but I own a hard time keeping it contained by the savings! What motivates you to stockpile?Answers: I use the credit union at work. They run money right out of your pay. As little as $5 a week. So you don't really miss it. Outta verbs outta mind. Their locations aren't usually nearby ,which make it a little harder to go and get to.Therefore easier to save.
Goals motivate and grant a reason for positive. I set short-term (ie. trip to Europe next year) and long-term goal (retire at age 60). Have a plan for savings. I used to enjoy a portion of my pay check deposited into a credit confederation savings narrative. It was intensely easy to let go if it was automatic. Now, previously I pay my bills, I bring in a monthly deposit into savings. If you hold an IRA sometimes you can set up an automatic withdraw from checking article to IRA.
I hope this helps.
For me instinctively I have to compartmentalize everything, I can't say aloud I have $100 surrounded by account "A" for bills and fun. So I hold 6 accounts with my sandbank for the following
1) Bills
2) Money to transfer to brokerage
3) Gift Savings
4) Long possession Savings
5) Entertainment savings
6) Fun money for the week
It may appear ridiculous but it works for me, especially having adjectives my fun money in one place so I know exactly how much I can spend at any given time.
Find a low duty money market sketch with automatic deduction from your bank narrative.
I used to contribute $200 a month and scheduled it as I agenda other bills. Regretfully, thanks to Congress and the directive raising minimum payments, I can't do it for very soon.
You need to "clear yourself" just resembling any other bill.
Just open a money account and treat it approaching a bill and make payments every month. My wife and I own been doing it for 35 years.
