If you can't do it for yourself afterwards do it for your children. The money that you would lose will be offset by the money you will pick up in the long occupancy.
okay the first thing that comes to mind is to move off his cheap lazy apt for nothing **. if you're not departure him because you're worried about what sensitive of car your driving afterwards i'm sorry but you have no brains. who care what kind of coup¨¦ you drive as long as it runs and gets you from point a to point b soundly. its time for you to be a strong woman and its going to hurt like hell. but what sympathetic of father doesnt remember his children at christmas or on their birthdays? did he remember you? honey honestly it sounds like he's taken you for a ride for the final 13 years. he has brought you down and down and down. Now you own to file collapse because he's not a responsible man. i'm sure you want nothing but the best life span for your girls and yourself, and quite frankly daddy isnt holding up his finishing of responsibilites. you have 2 choices:

1. stick around and contribute him an altimatem. however you have the karma that he may continue to bring you down. or he could achieve his crap together.

2. get out immediately and put yourslef back together. build the enthusiasm you and your girls deserve. it will be hard as hell at first and you will be melancholic but in the lapse it will be worth it.
