When things are "on sale"...?
...You may say, "I don't buy anything unless it is on sale", and you'd be right. Unless it is on mart, you cannot buy it....And when people ask me what's on Dutch auction this week at the store, I always reply "everything", because it is.
...What you probably propose to say is this, "I don't buy anything unless it is on public sale at a reduced price."

By imperative, to be on sale, they first hold to have it at the "Regular price" for at lowest 2 weeks out of the year.
This is why Germany has law prohibiting "sales" and reduced pricing.

if anyone uses M&T BANK in ny,i made a deposit contained by my account on 12/17, on the 20th i TRIED -read again- TRIED to cancel $100 that was not available however, (there bank take the longest time to clear a deposit), so i could not get the money, I HAD A CHARGE ON MY ACCT. "FOR TRYING TO WITHDRAW UNSUFFIECIENT FUNDS"
i switched allready a long time ago my primary bank, but still keep this acct. for minor things because they where on earth my 1st bank acct. NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE THEY WILL MAKE YOU
if anyone have heard allready such a charge from a diffrent guard, please let me know

Available Funds, earlier I attempt to do a withdrawal.
Talk to your sandbank manager and explain, and they will probably rob the charge off. But simply if you ask really nice.
How old do you have to be to make a savings account?

My 4-year old has one.
Anyone can do it. If you are under 18 your parents will have to help you open it though.
If you want an account in your name only, you have to be 18. If you don't mind having a parent's name on the account, you can open one anytime.
