You might find this video of interest. There are so tons more requirements and consideration that you must consider. Just opening a business checking reason won't do it. I suggest doing some searches on the internet for activity capital and doing some homework. Alternately, consult a competent CPA or attorney. I didn't return with better than 40% being right and I find that as poor performing. Now we are inundated with not merely the print media but also online investment advices.
