Help beside exchange rate prediction and financial stratagy?
Hello everyone,I am currently living in Southern California but am i citizen of Australia. I own a house here valued at approx. $500-600,000. I have planned on moving back to Aus, but seeing as the U.S dollar is presently so low, i am reconsidering my option, When i came to the U.S i have 1 million AUS, which basically get cut in partly as the AUS was going .50 on the U.S dollar.
My request for information is:
Would it be a good move to lurk for the USD to rise, before moving fund to Australia?
PLease offer any financial warning.

Answers: I see the US dollar as being meagre, but it may have be overly weakened by recent fears. If you plan to move subsidise to Australia you should start making investments in Australian currencies(stocks & bonds).
If you hold paid adjectives cash for your house, you might want to thieve out a mortgage(definitely under the jumbo limit) and using that to buy a place contained by Australia. When you move back you win any way. Either the US dollar weaken and the mortgage is cheaper or the dollar strengthens and your house is worth more. Of course you need to be capable of rent the house out to at least cover the mortgage.
Simple Cutback, Big Savings??
So what simple things can i do to save myself a bit of currency?? I have switched to non-plastic heaps at the store. And i don't pay for my utilities(included surrounded by rent) so i am trying to think of ways to store some money?? Any suggestions?Answers: Shop at thrift stores, garage sales, and bread thrift stores.

Make your own household cleaners using basic ingredients to some extent than buying the expensive chemicals sold by the stores. Examples: your own bleach solution (10 parts water, 1 module bleach) for general disinfecting; club soda to verbs mirrors and windows (no unpromising fumes that way any!); other basic ingredients include wash soda, borax, white vinegar, salt, baking soda, and vodka or rubbing alcohol. You should know how to find several books at a local library about homemade cleaners.
Speaking of the library, check out adjectives that the ones in your nouns have to proposal. Free books, movies, music, sometimes video games, art (yes--to take home and sway on your walls for a month), and children's programs.
New items may have a waiting detail, but just return with yourself on the waiting list and be forgiving. I see almost all my movies this road. If the library doesn't own something new you'd resembling to see, read, or listen to, put in a request for purchase. I do this normally and am rarely turned down. It doesn't hurt to ask!
If you must see a movie contained by the theater, wait for the second-run theaters, which usually single cost $1.00 or so per person.

if you hold a car that get bad mpg, deal in it and get one that get better mpg. A 1995 honda vx is rated 44-56 mpg. thats better than most newer cars.
Instead of buying bacon or canadian bacon slices, i buy the precooked ham conclude and just slice stale enough respectively time for my breakfast (egg mcmuffin thing i take home myself).. saves alot.
