Answers: Don't even give it a second thought and delete it. You will grasp a bunch of mails close to this from different people because somehow they get hold of your email and are trying to con you. The email will try to sound as factual as possible but it is not.
I can even quote from the email as I have received a bunch of such emails myself :-)
It happen with me, and I said I am going to dispense it a shot. I e-mailed them back and give them my mobile number. you know what happened? the call me the next daylight and I was shocked. They call from Nigeria, and I thought that this is really serious. I started planning of how I am going to move the money, and that I need a attorney to secure the transaction. Thank God I asked the push for of a Director of a Bank I know and the lawyer: it's a Fraud situation where on earth they require you to put some amount of money in your ridge account or so - And it didn't terminate here. They called me more than 5 times after that unfolding me that I have to distribute the information so that they send me the 1000000 dollar prize ... I simply never replied to any e-mails and didn't answer any phones from unknown pple in a foreign country :)
This is the tue stody my friend, and believe me I saved you greatly of trouble and headache because it took me around 10 days to figure the full truth out.

DELETE! Those are Nigerian scams. Think more or less it. How did you win money and you did enter for a contest or lottery? They want your bank information and next they will clean you out!

The people who achieve IPOs know someone. They are the orginal owners, employees and their friends what is departed goes to the brokerage that did the paperwork to aid them go public. They allocate to their best customers. Everyone else have to get it on the start market.
