Just a cross-question?

Been kicking around this question for a while. I'm currently a college student looking for some work, and own been going to some interviews for a few job here and there. Mostly waitressing and retail. I think through that I'm not going to get 10 bucks an hr right rotten the bat. But If I put negotiable underneath the "wage desired" box, well after I expect that it is open for discussion. I only just don't know how to ask for a higher hourly rate.

Some relations have told me to freshly see what they offer, afterwards explain my situation..having to settle for my own school, living expenses ect..ect. Others own just said negotiate is all in the order of how far you can go, and they've told me to ask for a large wage which I should expect to even get, and most plausible the employer will offer me something lower, but not too far bad from my asking price.

All this money stuff, asking for pay make me incredibly uncomfortable. So what do you suggest?

Answers: Wages are fully movable, but you must look at the realities of this situation. First, the typical principle for listing redeemable under wage desired is so you don't short loose change yourself by listing a lower wage than they would of offered. This allows the perspective employer to amenable the bid if you will. Second, if you live in a college town (like I do) member time jobs are prized, with college students furrowed up filling out applications. Asking for a sophisticated wage will more than likely do the employer to look at the next human being in smudge who isn't asking for a higher wage. Instead of explaining your personal situation to a perspective employer to gain difficult wages, try explaining what you would offer as an hand as opposed to other population that are applying for the same charge. Such as extra skills, experience, or knowledge.

Best sandbank for nest egg vindication surrounded by Canada?

I want to put about $100 a month into a flawless savings justification. The bank requirements to be in Canada and it should allow me to annul my money when I need it lacking any penalties or fees. Also I don't want to reward any fees if for some reason I can't put $100 a month surrounded by it. What's a good mound out there to do this?

Answers: I've be using ING direct for years. Very good customer service, no information minimums. You can open the statement online or in creature.

They also have a track to get $14 only for opening an vindication. im me and I can tell you in the region of it.
PC (president's choice) is a good one. It pays aprox. 4% contained by interest (that at least superior than TD Canada Trust). The bad side: 1) have need of to keep a min $1000 stability or else fees see in, and 2) you individual bank via ABM or on-line.
