ok say i acquire 7,500 on a unsecured credit card, i max it out and if i file collapse will the credit card company go into my house and hold my all my stuff to trademark up for that money? and is this the same for a SECURED credit card?


Answers: First stale, with a secured card... you lose your shelter deposit to the credit card company if you file ruin.

If its an unsecured card and you file ruin... The credit card company has rights to any assets declared during the ruin process.

I am 20 years old and get myself into a mess. I have a coup¨¦ that IM way losing on and cant afford and will be repoed soon, car insruance, cell phones, medical bills, credit cards, and a gym devotion. I cant afford to pay adjectives this back while trying to live. cant bring any help from anyone, and i ponder this would be my best option. i own learned my lesson, and i am WAY better at making the right money decision. i just obligation some good proposal. ps. im almost 20,000 in debt. what do you guys reflect?

also, im not worried about my credit within the next 10 years, i will be okay.
