Should I devolution career if it will head to financial difficulty?

I am currently working in Clinical Research, however, I'm not really that interested surrounded by this job. I enjoy a large mortgage and debts to salary. My current salary is ample to get by but if I correction careers I own to start over again. I don't think I could afford a settle cut and may struggle financially.

People I know say I should "in recent times change my job", but it is not that confident, especially if I will struggle financially. Should I listen to people recitation me to change job, or should I stay financially stable?

My advice is close to the first party. Set yourself up pay sour some bills and make plan for yourself. See if you can get yourself up a budget you could live on until you become financially stable again. There's no point in not doing something you don't want to do if you know what you would resembling to do even more. Money isn't everything if you're not happy.
