I merely can not craft a budget, are at hand some tips or computer programs to abet?
I've been trying for a week or two immediately to have a budget but my discipline merely all out stinks. How do I curb my spending and start putting bread into my savings. My investments are taken out but I abhor living paycheck to paycheck. I want to put cash within the bank and hold it there if I want something nice.Answers: The discipline is adjectives up to you. You have to do a written budget and stick to it.
You can try Quicken or Microsoft Money. I if truth be told have budgeting tools that be included in Excel when I bought the software. If you want to walk the free route try online banking. I sandbank with Wells Fargo they catalogue my spending for me when I use my debit card. Very little effort involved on my factor.
Credit Score - Good or Bad?
if someone had a credit evaluation of 693 would that be good or impossible? One of my friends is curious ..neither of us know :)Answers: Thats actully a good credit gain.Also depending what u have on your credit...U can return with approved by most major credit cards near that score...Buy a saloon..Or even get a loan...
That is pretty much the national average. So is simply average credit score. I would suggest anyone beside that credit score to bring it up to 740 at lowest possible. Be above average.
I have 2 cc with 2500.00 balance on each. My cc limit is 4,500.00 on each. What is my ratio?
Answers: The ratio that FICO uses is the sum of the balance on all cards divided by the sum of all the limits:
Ratio = ($2500 + $2500) / ($4500 + $4500)
Ratio = 55.56%
Dropping that ratio below 30% ($2700 total debt) will raise your credit score quite a bit. Of course dropping it to $0 is ideal.
EDIT: Yes, those 2 empty credit cards greatly help your ratio. That changes it to:
$5,000 / $31,000 = 16%
I've heard (but don't really know) that you have to use the card once in a while for it to remain valid to your score. Perhaps buy your gas with each card once every few months and make sure you pay it off completely, that will ensure they are current and valid and helping your score.
