what happens after that? I live next to my mom and her boyfriend. We also rent another house. Now my mom have ruined her credit b4 but not her boyfriend. What will happen if they aver themselves bankrupt?? Have they tried making a written budget plan?
You mentioned they want to "treat themselves to something they like". Perhaps that's the problem. If you spend more than you sort, you'll go into debt.
If vehicle payments are eating up their budget, probably they could sell the motor, pay bad what they owe, and buy a $1,500 used car instead?
If you're renting two houses, next the question is why?
Have they considered dropping the rented house instead?
