I'm within the exact same boat as your question. We are four siblings -- the elder two are married with children. The younger two hold no spouses and/or children. The inheritance division should be by FOUR only -- grandchildren not included. The shares of the ones beside children should be enough to subdivide among the third social group (grandchildren). It's not fair to ease the share of the child-less heirs to accomodate the children of their siblings next to children.
