I hold since cancelled the bank story used with the merchant. However, the merchant tried to do a chargeback, and ruined because the account is closed. Can the merchant find out my info specifically associated with my checking depiction? Or can they just use my artificial name/address I used when i signed up?Answers: sure they can... as that information is specific just to you.
It would appear that you own committed fraud and dont want to pay for it. Shame on you...

Reopen the account. Have them resubmit the chargeback. Withdraw the funds. Reclose the story. Thank the banker for their assistance.
