Bankruptcy Question, Please ANSWER!?
My sister is filing liquidation, from what I hear, we're not talking right immediately. I co signed for a car loan for her, and the motor got repossessed. I be not aware of the situation. Now she is filing collapse, My question is, will the wall let me know that she's file bankruptcy? Is near anyway that I can find out if she has? Thanks for any give a handAnswers: Bankruptcies are a matter of public diary so, yes, you can find out. However, it could be quite some time - long after the liquidation has be settled - before you could find out through the courts.
As for the loan, okay - if the bank isn't getting rewarded by your sister then they're definitely going to come looking for you! You could end up getting stuck next to the entire balance of the loan (and there's nil in the legitimate system to help you!)
Of course, the motor would get repossessed to lend a hand pay down the loan. But, you'd be stuck beside whatever is still owed after that.
I'm sure she will moniker you as a debtor so you can't sue her for the money you will be sued for over the repossed car.

i'd like something not necissarily cheap, but not too expensive.say aloud around $200-$300 hundred range..
Answers: For the money, I'd say-so a good solid reliable guitar would be a Washburn. Try a model D10SCE Dreadnought Cutaway Acoustic-Electric - it list retail for $630, but you can get a alien one with a travel case for about partially that if you just do a pattern search.
I've played for nearly 35 years and I got one of these a couple of years ago. It have a pretty full-bodied sound for the price - I've played more expensive guitars that didn't nouns as good. Have fun, and apposite luck to you.
if u are low on cash - Air Guitar.
why not hold bad and work 2 more jobs for a few months and buy something of appeal?
Check out the local pawn shops, my sister get a really nice guitar for about 60 bucks, consequently if it needs strings or anything, you have for a while extra to do that too.
