How long will it take for the fed funds rate to go back up?
Answers: Right now with the country on the verge or in already, whichever you want to say,,a recession, the FED is working on cutting the rate.. Probably another 1/2 % the end of this month.. And the state of the economy is such, that even with the rate cuts, and the 'rebates coming' a very educated guess would be, at least till this time next year, before the Fed is totally finished cutting rates.. Most people have no knowledge of how bad the economy is for 65% of the American working public.. And with the recession, more job cut backs will occur, and more unemployment will come..So while Big Business looked out for only their best interests, by exporting American jobs, and killing the wages of the working middle class, they have killed the largest market in the world to sell their products..So until the American worker can feel confident he can pay his bills and have a decent job, our economy will continue to suffer!!
