Does anyone know if the feds are planning to lower interest rates again? And how will this effect the mortgage rates? Just recently, at least possible in my nouns FHA has offered me a 5.75% intrest rate. Two weeks ago the best they be able to proposal me was 6%.

Rates are expected to fall again, but not because of the FED. Check the mortgage back securities traded on the bonds market. They are what determine mortgage rates.

Banks do not tie the rates near the Fed. Each bank is different, one may use the 10-year or 30-year bill, others use LIBOR plus a spread.

I am sure within are tons of opportunities to build money sitting on your behind taking surverys adjectives day. All those millions of general public who bust their asses everyday and make long commutes and work long hours are a short time ago doing that because they love the hard work.
Any of the legit sites charge a payment to get access for the surveys and despite the internet ad that pop up you are not going to be making 100 dollars to take a survey.
I do surveys online sometimes but it is not a full time errand or anything because they only distribute you surveys when you fit their profile, most of the time they don't pay within cash but surrounded by benefits or lottery tickets or prizes.
