What does the occupancy "posted on", be a sign of for a check?

Does it mean the check have cleared, and cannot bounce or be sent back? If it can still bounce or something, how long does it hold for me to know one way or the other? (I hold a personal checking account.) Thanks within advance.

Answers: Posted On will appear subsequent to the DATE your bank processed the transaction. ANY check can be returned at ANY time if the ridge has plea to believe it is fraudulent. If the bank on which the check is drawn have posted the transaction, they will NOT bounce it for lack sour funds. If they were going to do that, they would not own posted the transaction.

NOTE: If you deposit a check in YOUR guard that is drawn on another hill, the 'Posted On' date is when YOUR bank processed the check. It does NOT imitate when the bank the check is drawn on processed it.
It is the date the dune processed the item. It does not mean that it have cleared. A deposit may be reversed from your account from 2 to 4 weeks after posting.

A deposit may be posted and credited to you commentary and funds available to you but be reversed later. Check near your bank or financial institute for their policy.

How much information can a business swot up going on for me when I donate them my credit card?

Is it possible for them to get information resembling address and telephone number from a the wall without doing anything special?

Answers: As the first answer said, if they enjoy your NAME, they can get your address and phone number WITHOUT the credit card. If you enjoy a phone number that is not UNLISTED, it take about 1 minute on-line. The ridge that issued the credit card won't tell them ANYTHING. The card itself give them ONLY the account number, expiration date, and the 3 digit code on the pay for of the card.
A business has better sources of information than your credit card. Your check give info, your phone call to a company or of late your name. Public archives had lots of info give or take a few you.
