My mother is the power of attorney for my grandmother, who has advanced Alzheimer's and cannot bring in decisions short my mother. This is why my mother has official power of attorney for her.Now, my grandmother's late husband have a trust in which my grandmother receive monthly money, and the person within charge of delegating the jargon of the trust might not be around for very long. My mother desires the person within charge to fall to a different soul than who is named subsequent.
Is it possible for my mother to change who the personality is that is up subsequent, as power of attorney for my grandmother?
