no you dont have to apply for a reciprocated loan just because you own a joint mortgage beside your partner
you can apply for a loan on your own
yes it's possible to apply for a unsecured loan (provided you have good/decent credit)
you can apply for this type of loan at your mound or actually any ridge of your choice
Can i get a prepaid general puropose reloadable debit card without an ss#?
Answers: I hear that WalMart is starting a re-loadable visa card, you could check into that one.
You can buy a pre-paid Visa at most grocery stores. I think the fees on using them are fairly high though.
There are banks that will allow you to open accounts with out and SS#, as long as you have a current valid address in another country, and a current valid ID. Then you could get a checking account, with a debit card, and probably have less fees.
All the re loadable cards require a valid social security number.
As per the patriot act.
Credit Report?
On friday i went and rewarded off my pay for medical to the collection agency, In writing i got a message from the collection agency that they will delete everything off of my credit report. My give somebody the third degree is my transunion score is 509 and i am getting delete 5 medical. My experian score is 552 and i am have 15 things deleted, and equifax my chalk up is 555 and i am having 12 things delete off of that one. How much will respectively of my scores stir up, i am trying hard, and i want to buy a house within May of this yearAnswers: It might not affect your score much at adjectives. You need to find out two things: 1) what does "deleted" aim?, and 2) what credit agencies are they reporting to?
"Deleted" might just mingy reporting the debts have be paid surrounded by full. That's a good piece, and it'll help your rack up since those debts won't appear as "past due" anymore. The discouraging part is your report might still show the payments be late. I'd be surprised if the delinquencies be removed.
Also, they probably aren't reporting to all credit agencies. They might clear it up on one, but the debt will show up on others. Keep contained by mind credit agencies share data, so your information may enjoy been passed to regional credit reporting agencies the collector doesn't concord with directly.
I once have erroneous information show up on my report, and it took several letters, phone call, and a few months to correct.
Stay on top of your credit report. Get a copy from adjectives three major bureaus contained by a month or so and verify the bill collector did what they promised. Bill collectors are notoriously idle, and it may take months for them to dispatch an update - if they even do it at all. Contact the credit reporting agencies directly to move things along.
In the meantime, verbs to pay your bills on the dot, don't take on different debt, and reduce your existing debt. Raising your mark will take relatively some time. I'm not sure 3 months will be long enough to generate much of a difference, but you'll be in a much better place this time subsequent year.
With a credit score that low, you enjoy a lot of work to do, recompense all your fund bills and start paying all of your bills on the dot, some of those things take 7 years to return with off of your credit report.
