How can i see if my mom have a Certificate of Deposit narrative still unequivocal?
My grandma passed away and left me some money but i cant receive it until i turn 22 years old (the Will states). My mom is within control of the money until then. She told me she open up a Certificate of Deposit account and put the money contained by there to gain interest. However my mom is spicy and i have a inkling she might have spent the money instead because she is surrounded by debt.Is there anyway i can find out if my mom have a Certificate of Deposit account stretch out? I know that it would be through Bank of America because i found her Deposit/Transaction records it say "To CD" and then the amount. But the Deposits/ Transactions paperwork werent attatched to the actual check book so i dont know the account number.
I don't necessarily obligation to know how much is in the commentary, although that would be a plus, i just want to find out IF she in actual fact has a compact disc open.
