Do you dream up she should sue for $54 million?

I read that this lady bought a laptop to Best Buy for repair lower than the store's own extended warranty coz thats where she bought it from originally.
Best Buy official the machine for repair and said it would be prepared in two to six weeks. But six weeks passed and the computer wasn't equipped. After three months Best Buy finally admitted they couldn't find it. Best Buy offered to foot her $900 for losing the machine, as a endowment card. She countered that it had originally cost over $1,100. She demanded $2,100, and Best Buy overlooked her.

At this point, Campbell was made aware that adjectives her personal data on the gadget could lead to a crucial identity theft issue, though Best Buy never file their legally required concentration that she was at risk. That be the last straw, and she file suit for $54 million, representing herself. Best Buy has since up'd its volunteer to $4,100 if she withdraws. She doesn't expect to win, but will court anyway to force them to explain themselves

IS SHE RIGHT OR JUST NUTS?

Answers: she's right going on for suing but $54 million is wayy too much. They'll think shes crazy. I would shift for a much lesser probable amount.
From an interview I saw, her intentions and expectations are not to actually collect $54 mio, but instead to grasp some attention to the gross mishandling of her case. It worked, don't you estimate?

(As an aside, she chose the amount based on the overnight case of the idiot who sued the local dry cleaners for losing his pants.)
I don't believe contained by jackpot jurys but in this travel case she is right to sue. I've dealt beside Best Buy on several occasions and never like the outcome. They do bully their customers and tend to look only at the public sale not the service side of the business. If you look into Best Buy Haters pages, you'll be amazed at the horror stories from relatives over the years.
I wish her luck.
She's right. Its a negotiation. You other start high.
I would greedy is a obedient word.
She is nuts. She specifically said that it originally costs $1,100 but it is right that she raised the cost to $2,100 because adjectives her data be there. Wouldn't you agree? If your background was lost you would really carry mad? Anyways, I still contemplate she is nuts becuse $54 million is so much more than $2,100. If she thinks she could win this travel case. I bet that she wouldn't. If she wants Best Buy to payment she shouldn't have have just raise the amount of $2,100 to any amount she desires but making into $54 million doesn't make sense... What she needed be the original price and more amount to cover adjectives her personal data. But if she think that $54 million is the RIGHT AMOUNT, tell her to reflect on again.
If she was dumb satisfactory to give them a PC near all her personal information on it, she deserves nil.

In the UK all ground sales must be lodged next to the land registry relatives.

I know you can be overwhelmed, and I know you can be underwhelmed, but can you just be whelmed?

Answers: I like it! Next time someone asks "how are you?" Im going to say "welmed".
Certainly.

Mainly by a flood, and mainly in hymns.

"My hope is built on nothing less than Jesus blood and righteousness; I dare not trust the sweetest frame, but wholly lean on Jesus' name.

His oath, his covenant, his blood, Support me in the whelming flood; When all around my soul gives way, He then is all my hope and stay;
On Christ, the solid rock, I stand. All other ground is sinking sand. "

In the XIII century, it meant capsize, rather than flooded or drowned (though that might well follow, hence the drift of meaning towards, engulf, swamp...)

Even if not any kind of whelmed, you might be pooped, which almost as bad, in its nautical sense.
If it keeps you happy of course you can..and long may you be so..
