hi my dad is in prison and i go to see him on friday we spoke quite alot and one of the topics be his credit rating!i know little on this! he told me he was a reliable lender formerly he went to prison and have a good credit rating the entry he wanted to know is that he have been inside for 6 and a partly years will all well brought-up credit he has built dropped from his profile leaving him to re-estabilish his credit and does the reality that he is prison/ has purely left get hold of put on his credit file!
he is wanting info as he is due out within april with the hopes of getting a bussiness loan and working for himself any assist would be great!
Answers: i don't think he lost credit but if he disappeared unpayed bills and hasn't payed since hes been lock up after most definite he lost credit but if everything be good and payed for i consider his okay but he has to show he have a job and know how to pay what ever loan he get .
If not paying your gas card on time affects your credit I can't see what a felony does to it. Sorry to say, but next to the economy the style it is, you dad doesn't have a haphazard of getting a "business loan" as an ex-con. Also, don't be pursuaded to co-sign on anything. If he messes up again you'll be left holding the bags AND the bad credit. He'll involve to prove himself with a opportunity and good credit for at lest 5yrs until that time he can even consider applying. Even then, do not co-sign.
