Dave Ramsay-Zero FICO Score?
I recall reading somewhere that Dave Ramsay have a zero FICO* rack up.Does anyone have any links to this, and could someone please explain how he does it and how this affects everyday vivacity.
*FICO-USA equivalent to a credit score?
Answers: I would bet that he have NO fico score, not a zilch fico score. He pays currency for everything and has no credit cards, loans etc. so in that is, in effect, nought for FICO to score. He is completely stale their radar.
You get a FICO gain by having credit -- mortgage, installment loans, credit cards. If you don't hold any of these and pay lolly, you don't have a evaluation.
Ramsey preaches cash with the sole purpose. It's good PR for him to hold no FICO score.
He probably admit to it
He had alot of credit at one point (real estate holdings etc) and he go bankrupt.
so it would be paid sense for him to NOT have any credit since he preaches that others should not.

Whether or not anyone have a credit score is irrelevant. Ramsey discussions out of both sides of his mouth in is condescending and buffoonery method. He in a minute runs everything through his multiple corporations, and, believe me, they have score. It goes near the territory.
Dave Ramsey go BANKRUPT. Subsequently, he took down many heaps people when his house of cards collapsed. He's thoroughly open something like this, but he NEVER mentions in adjectives his self-righteous-Christ-centered-evangelis... tone whether he paid one penny to these nation. That's because he didn't pay them one penny.
Then, he get lucky, got smart and, mostly, become rich. It doesn't make him brilliant. He's still a buffoon.
He parley about how rich he is, but when Helen from Omaha call and says she's 3 months down on her mobile home stipend, and has no funds for utilities, the best rich man Dave can do is donate her two tickets to his Omaha "show" in two weeks.

but it also depends if your timeshare contract say you can do that or not, and suppose the place gets trashed, who's problem is that.

I agree with Leslie. Selling a time share can take time... no charity would want to hold on to it with the liability of annual fees.

It was REAL assured getting here (the debt) but a lot harder to bring back out of the debt.
