Banks and Travel agents will not adopt any foreign coins and they only will on the out of the ordinary occassion as a charity donation. Youwill have to keep on until you return there mate to use them or if ou know someone else who is going consequently you could offer to vend them to hi or her. so i bought my item over eBay (signed up just fr that), afterwards made a PayPal account.My explanation is unverified, will this affect the buying?
Also when i clicked "pay for item" i have to enter my card details. Is this normal?

check your email, if you did it right, at hand should be an email from paypal confirming the payment.
and yes, you enjoy to enter the credit card number because you said you just just now signed up, so i guess you haven't entered it on the other hand
