Closing question?
I am buying a condo and closing is this week. By the way, the condo is currently tenant colonized paying 1150/monthly (lease is over in April 2008). I am planning on keeping the tenant and tilt the rent 1200/monthly.At Closing, should the seller endow with me the tenant's security deposit and one month's rent?
Answers: I'm not sure you're entitled to anything if zilch was contained by writing with the hold out. I know when my mom bought her house, it was stipulated (she offered) to hand over the tenants their shelter deposit back, she did bring credit at closing though. At most, you'll be credited the security deposit and one month's rent and you'll own to come up with that money to be returned, effect it's all contained by the paperwork. Hopefully, you'll get a nice dealer that wouldn't think twice just about giving you the money back.

At a glance, I'm losing money within my IRA. The custodian is Pershing, LLC. I've lost in the following mutual funds (Class A): American Balanced Fund, Capital World Growth & Income, Fundamental Investors, Inc., Income Fund of America, Capital Income Builder Fund.Can I benefit tariff wise because of the loses, and should I move my money? This is amazingly scary.
