Someone else's check direct deposit within my account-ok?

My boyfriend has be having his paycheck direct deposited into my reason for about six months. His given name is not on my account. This is not a considerable amount of money by any means. This is done for the sole purpose of him not have access to his money except through me, as finances we are issue in yesteryear. I'm helping him get on track. It only dawned on me that possibly the IRS could see this as income? I give him every penny of his money, or the money go to pay our bills. I don't want him on my story because of bad credit history. If he signs and give permission for checks, be it from work or anything else -to be placed contained by my account , will it be a problem for me? I never really thought roughly it but now I am somewhat worried. Any ideas?

Answers: No, it won't show up as your income. It will be fine. The IRS is notify by employers what money be paid. So it will merely be reported as your boyfriend's income. What you do with your sandbank account, and what he does beside his check doesn't matter.
=)
not a problem, i enjoy other people put money surrounded by mine and i have never have a problem.

My girlfriend have roughly around 55 thousand dollars of dept around 40 of that is to say default college loans?

So my girlfriend is getting calls from collectors give or take a few the money she owes on her defaulted college loans. They are willing to bequeath her a deal if she pays. The productive amount was around 40 thousand dollars in the past intrest 6 years ago. She also has around 13 thousand on her credit cards. She is within the process of trying to get another loan so she can repay this one off but its not looking tremendously good for her. She is just about a year away from finishing nursing school and we have planed on getting a house in nearly 2 to 3 years, what should she do? Should she file for bakruptcy? I follow this will hurt our chances at getting a house but next to this much dept I don't think it matter. She is backed up into a corner. Should she do everything she can to not profile or should she just be done next to it all and start building her credit over again?

Answers: This is via Sallie Mae's website.

Unless you can show that your teaching loan payment is an "undue hardship" on you, your kinfolk, and your dependents, your student loans are ineligible for cancellation (discharge) surrounded by bankruptcy.
Bankruptcy does NOT erase student loans. She will owe those for the rest of her energy, no matter what.

In appendix, having default on student loans is the worst thing she could enjoy done. They offer everlasting payment option, deferment plans, etc. and there's no reason she default.

That, in accessory to her credit card debt, should be a huge red flag for you. AND, she wants to borrow more money to recompense it off, instead of getting a second assignment or cutting support her expenses.

Bottom line, I wouldn't find involved with anything financial next to this woman until she can straighten out her credit - and I don't mean by taking out more loans.
According to the IRS, if you claim collapse, you cannot default on college loans. They MUST be paid put money on, so she will still owe $40K on the loans no matter what happen. If you get a house, it should be underneath your name solely.

How do you bring things corrected on adjectives three bureaus so that they meeting within background.?

Certin things have come sour of my credit report on Equifax but not on the other two, how do I get the reports to contest in background?( I know the scores will not meeting.)

Answers: it is up to your to contact them and point out there errors!!
This have happened to me earlier. You can dispute claims online with respectively of the three bureaus, and even submit letters online to explain. Go to the other websites and create a login ID. Also, you can move about to www.freecreditreport.com, and if I remember correctly, reports from all 3 bureaus will show up. You can do this for free solitary once a year. As a last resort, you can letters letters to the individual agencies and request reports to check for match. Good luck!
