Is My husband entitled to Caregiver Benefits?

I have SSD as I'm a hospice tolerant, disabled, and unable to work. We're surrounded by the process of either adopt or obtaining giardianship of our 4 year ripened grandson, and someone mentioned that my husband should also be getting a check from social security as some sort of caregiver transmittal. Can someone explain what this is and how we apply for it? We've also been told if we adopt our grandson as anti guardianship, we would also receive additional SSD benefits. Is this correct? As this may affect our declaration which way to progress

Answers: You can get more backing if you are allowed to adopt your grandson..something in the opening of food stamps and etc..I haven't heard of anyone getting caregiver benefits though. That is a unknown one for me. Here is a link that may give a hand

An justification established by someone for the benefit of someone else or something else. It is usually done through an attorney and has conditions attached. For example, a trust may be distributed within increments at various age level (a spend thrift trust) - so the person might find 25% at age 25 and the next 25% at age 35, etc.

A trust may be money donated for an charity.

Basically, wealthy folks set up trusts to benefit relations and things they care around so money will be available after the death of the benefactor.
