Answers: Talk to your school nurse. Generally, a school will offer a physical to students, specifically for sports. But you might be able to work something out.

What job are you applying for where you need a checkup first?? McDonalds doesn't have that strict of rules. Keep loking for different work if you can't the checkup u need for the jobs u found.
You need to have her talk to the Department of Human Services. Depending on her income, she should be able to get medical help. If you don't get any help, write your local congressman. THat is what I had to do to get my grandma help.
see if there isnt a free clinic available, or call a couple doc & see if they wont work it out so you can pay them with your first check.
Most employers pay for the physical. I have had many job physicals over the last several years and never paid for one myself. If a physical is required, it is up to the employer to cover it.
Where are you trying to get a job. I am 37 and NONE of my employers have EVER required a physical exam. That is, unless you count a DRUG test paid for by the employer. If you have a car, look into delivering Pizza. I took a second job delivering to pay off debt. My interview went as follows: Do you have a car? Do you have insurance? Can you start today? Then the manager asked me to fill out the paperwork while he delivered a pizza.
