I maxed out on my 403B plan. earn is smaller number than $150K, am i still qualified for Roth IRA?

Is that IRA under your describe or her name? Either method, you are both eligible for an IRA... You can fully fund a Roth in your christen if the Traditional IRA is in her pet name... Or vice versa.
