If i shut rotten the A/C when I give notice home, Do I free money or consume money on my electric bill?

Me and my gf just get our own apt. and we were chitchat about the cost of spirit bills, I say when we head off in the morning we shut everything sour including the A/C and we will save. She say it will drive the energy bills up because it will clutch longer to cool the house if its been sour all time, Can somebody let me know what is the most cost restructured way to salvage on the energy bills?. Also if youre surrounded by the North Houston area what is the best company to run with to liberate some money?

Answers: Don't use an A/C cause it in recent times wastes money anyways. Try non-electrical ways of cooling a house, step green.
There are really a *lot* of factors involved such as the size of your apartment, whether or not your side of the building is facing the sun, how powerfully insulated the building is, how many window you have (and how massive they are), how many BTUs your nouns conditioner uses, etc. The most efficient passageway to save on enthusiasm bills is to do what I do - wear less clothing and in recent times use fans instead of A/C. Another article you could consider is leaving the A/C rotten when you're not at home, and having it set up so that it's right subsequent to you most of the time. Since I have an bureau at home, a small A/C right next to my desk within the nearest window would cool things down for me instantly and hang on to me cool most of the time.

* No, I've never been to Houston "Bdancer2" , but my nouns (lower New York) often have temperatures surrounded by the high 90's and sometimes go over 100 degrees during the summer, and walking around contained by my skivvies while relying on fans and get underway windows alone are AOK for me. Maybe I basically like the roast, who knows. But according to the following association, Houston generally doesnt run above 93.6 degrees fahrenheit: http://www.rssweather.com/climate/Texas/...
Yes, I realize you quality incredibly stupid right now.
She is right. You are wrong.

If you turn it past its sell-by date completely, the AC will run longer and harder to cool off everything. You can collect by turning the temp up 10 or 15 degrees when you give notice.

Of course, to really save, seize use to the temp being a touch warmer than you as a rule like it. Living beside 78 instead of 70 will make a big difference surrounded by your bill.

PS: Only folks who have never be to Houston in the summer would recommend wearing smaller amount clothes and using fans instead of AC.

If I own one share of stock and it drops to gloomy, do I owe them?

A few years ago I bought (as a gift) my fiance one share of WPT (world poker tour) stock and it dropped. Now I think its simply at like $1.64 or something. If it drops below that or go negative, will he ruin up owing the company? How does that work?

Answers: No stock can go denial.

You can only lose the total attraction of your investment. Never can you lose more, unless you include the cost of the investment advice.

Go to my site, www.EndlessLegacy.US for some more information. If you desire, ask a question on my site and I could even append the answer for future company.
You're fine, and no he won't end up owing the company.

Your stock can singular be worthless. So mathematically $0.00 is the lowest it can go.
I'm not a financial expert, but I infer you will most likely be charged an "administrative" payment for the share.

Can I still brass it?

I found a check tonite, from my job that I quit a few weeks ago. The check is for $9 but is dated Dec. 15, 2007. It doesnt say-so on it that it has to be cashed in 30 days or anything like that and is from a cuff fast food restraunt. Will a sandbank still cash it?

Answers: if the check is out to date. edge tellers wont adopt it. they will request for a counter sign at the back. that requires the signature of the check owner. so better dance to that Chinese store and have it counter signed.
i'm pretty sure you can bread company checks before 6 months.. it won't hurt to try..

but..

why do you wanna check for 9 bucks?
The sandbank will still accept the check. Unless otherwise stated checks are worthy for 6 months. US Government checks are good for 1 year.
