Answers: in PayPal, you can transport (transfer) money to anyone who has an e-mail address.
To convey money to another paypal account, simply click the Send Money tab at the top of the eyeshade (presuming you're already logged in.)
This will prompt you to enter your recipient email address, the amount and also the nature of the transaction (service, ebay, stock or other usually)
