Yes, most all sites use Paypal but I use it on ebay. I hold never had a problem near them.

I own Washington Mutual ATM card that have a star log on it. Can I use it at an ATM that does not own Star?
I am in Taiwan at the moment and I of late got a replacement ATM card from Washington Mutual, and the card have the Star logo on it. I found out that most of the ATMs here in Taiwan uses Plus or Cirrus . The ATMs here will bequeath me a choice between Plus or Cirrus and that is it. So I would approaching to ask, if I can still chose Plus or Cirrus, even though I have a Star logo on my card? And save, does anyone know if any banks within Taiwan has Star contained by their ATMs, thank youAnswers: You can still use those ATMs, but they will charge you extra for each transaction. Try respectively one once (the next 2 times you want to use an ATM) and see which one have the lower fee.
You will possible be charged 2 fees for each transaction; one from Washington Mutual and one from Plus or Cirrus. It's best to do a substantial transaction once in a while to some extent than several small transactions (to avoid paying the fees multiple times).
