Answers: bankruptcy is a federal not state law so you can file -- it will cost about 200 dollars for courts costs and fees and should you seek a lawyer (which i would advise) add another 1500 -- good luck!!

If it does not put up for sale, you do not have to move unless you enjoy been foreclosed. Then the US Marshall will dispense you notice. And explicitly really nasty because the Marshall can contribute you ten minutes or be nice and give you an hour. Pack up and win out.
